Hi All,

I'm new here but was reading through previous sections and couldn't find an answer, i have a parcel coming form abroad and i'm in Scotland . The item is now received at South West DC is this correct or should it have gone to the Scottish DC ?

Under the current situation, it can be processed into the system from anywhere. Its also possible that the shipper has a warehouse that is closer to the South West DC than any other,
