Here are the info given to me when I track my Item today (27.04):
Ready for Delivery
Tracking no. NU027362842GB
Your Item was received by Mount Pleasant EC1 DO on 20-04-2020 and is now due for delivery today.
Could you please tell me when I can expect the delivery of this item and/or if I can go to collect from Mount Pleasant, as it has been sitting there for 7 days, now?

No to both questions.
No you can't go to Mount Pleasant without a delivery being attempted (plus callers offices are on reduced hours) any idea how long it would take to look through the 100s of Thousands of items that are there.
No - We can't give you an estimate as we aren't an official Royal Mail site, but I can tell you that the virus has caused backlogs and RM are working hard to deliver everything, but there will be delays.
