Destination is THAILAND and not in Country suspensions list.

My International Tracked and Signed parcel is stuck in HWDC over 3 weeks (my country is not suspension)
Hi how are you?im sorry i dont have any information on your parcel but just to let you know,my mail is there for just over 3 weeks also and my countrys mail is also not on supension list like yours.i did get a reply to say,that hwdc langley had a lot of the built up mail in storage as their center had run out of room from what i was told about a week ago or so.either that or it could be in a batch that customs picked to search.i was told that about a week and a half ago.i dont know if the backlog going out of the uk is being sorted yet.maybe some that knows the latest might fill us in.

Two potential problems:
You have sent something that is not allowed under the Dangerous Goods Act; or
There is a huge backlog of mail because lots of flights have been cancelled due to coronavirus, making it hard for Royal Mail to get your item on to a plane. I don’t see this getting sorted any time soon.
