I sent something valuable via Special Delivery (needed to sell it to raise some money) to a company in London.
Unfortunately by the time it got delivered, the company had closed down indefinitely and the package is being held at Mount Pleasance Depot with no chance of the recipient collecting it...ever.
My name and address as the sender is on the back of the package.
I desperately need to get it back to raise funds....(I understand it will be held there for 30 days ….then what happens) ?
If I go to Mount Pleasance (with all forms of ID and the original sending receipt) would they give it back to me as the sender?.
Thanks
Freddy

I am afraid you can't collect it, that would be illegal, unfortunately.Freddy999 wrote:I sent something valuable via Special Delivery (needed to sell it to raise some money) to a company in London.

After 30 days it will be returned to sender, so you. You'll be able to follow it on the tracking as soon as it starts heading back to you, or if they do ever collect it.
