Sent something on 30th but missed that days collection so it shouldv've gone on the 31st. Guy has emaileds me saying he still hasn't got it yet which I presume is becuase of CV19 and being behind with deliveries etc...

To put it another way, you used Signed For, so there isn't necessarily any tracking between the item being accepted at the PO and the time of delivery. That is the normal service standard, nothing to do with the Covid-19 situation. You would assume that it has left the PO but there is no way of knowing.More information will be available once delivery has been attempted.
