Hey guys this is the only way i can get in contact. I am from the united states and ordered a package from the UK, On the tracking number it says it has been received by HWDC Langley distribution center but they have Held it for over 15 days now. I am just curious to why? Does it have something to do with this virus going around? Has it been lost? I have tried to call customer service but my american number wont let me make calls to the UK.
