I send a parcel to Brazil on the 20th March and it has been st HWDC langley since the 25th of March. Brazil is not on the suspension list so can someone please advice why it stll there saying being processed. The tracking number is LP130289399GB

Incident: CoronaVirus
Brazil have put special quarantine measures in place against Coronavirus from Monday 16 March. As a result, Correios need to comply and may have a reduced workforce available, and not be able to deliver mail to specifications, with signatures on delivery suspended in order to prevent any further spread of the infection. Delays to mail services can be expected.
Cases of the virus are increasing at RM so there are less staff to process items, that will add to the delays. I am afraid delays are inevitable now.[
