Royal mail 24
Hi. I ordered something online and the seller says he used Royal Mail 24 to send my parcel, it’s a video game. It’s been over 3 days since it’s been posted and I still didn’t get it. Also, the seller says there’s no tracking available. Does this service usually take this long? Or maybe the seller is lying and used a different service.

CORONAVIRUS - We are not in usual times - in fact, far beyond it.
The Pandemic is starting to affect deliveries, so there are bound to be delays. I am sorry, but my only advice is to be patient.
It should start tracking once it enters a Mail Centre, but some Post Offices have closed so it could be stuck in one of them.
