Lost parcel?

Post by mottramnicole »

Hi, I please need your help to find out where my parcel is. I am getting no clear response from the customer service, nor from my delivery office. The parcel came from US to Germany, and from Germany to UK. The last location of it seems to be the South Midlands sorting centre. It appears on the tracking system that it has been despatched to Leamington Spa DO, but they swear they never got it and that their system shows that item was containerised (same time with dispatching time). These are some health supplements which I really need and I would be eternally grateful if you find the time and have the kindness to help me!

tracking no :LW475650456DE
Thank you so much!
Best of health and stay safe!

According to the tracking system, the last action was "customs charge paid" on 06/03. So unless you collected this in person then it should have another tracking point showing it being delivered.

Given that it must now be over a month since this was sent, you should be claiming your money back from the seller, and if that fails you should try to get a charge back from your credit card provider.
