Royal Mail can't really go looking for an individual parcel because of the huge amount of work involved, and that is without the added stress put on them by Covid-19. For that reason, the mail centres don't deal directly with the public, because it is pointless.

We might be able to help you understand what is happening with a bit more information:
  • Where is it coming from and going to?

    What service is being used?

    What are the contents?

Could you either post the tracking number or copy and paste the tracking information?

But it wasn't posted in China, you can see that from the tracking and also from the last two characters of the tracking number. This is quite common for Ali Express items: they use a fulfilment centre in the UK, or send a large batch over by some other means and then split it up for mailing over here. What that means is that it isn't a customs problem, so it is either delayed by Coronavirus issues or lost.

This isn't necessarily Royal Mail's fault. It could be that the seller put the wrong postage on or recorded your address wrongly. But whatever went wrong, it will be more difficult for RM to return it to the sender because of the way it was sent.

You need to check what delivery time the seller gave to you and, it it has exceeded that time, make a claim from them. If that doesn't work, ask your credit card provider for a chargeback.

Answered previously - No, they have no contact with customers.

Even if they did can you really expect them to look through the millions, yes millions of parcels they receive every month.

Also, as Snaggletooth pointed out, you may have given them the correct address, but that doesn't mean that a mistake wasn't made by them.

To be frank, the best advice has been - given contact the sender, they then should contact Royal Mail officially.

just to make clear WE ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL ROYAL MAIL SITE.
