Customs fee paid but item still pending
I paid a customs fee online, I even got a confirmation email but the website still says "Pending". Why is this?

You are probably better contacting @royalmailhelp or even going down to the local office. It may be that they just haven't processed it yet. It can take 24 to 48 hours but you don't say how long it was since you paid.
