Hi! Hoping someone could help. A package containing documents that I sent to an office address in London (sent from Asia) was recorded as delivered but it was not delivered to the address but it was instead delivered and signed by someone from Mount Pleasant W DO. What does this mean? Was the package delivered to the intended recipient or is it stuck at the delivery office? Thanks in advance!

Was it going to a company that might get loads of items that need signing for every day?

Yes, I believe the company receives quite a bit of mail that requires signing. The package was delivered to and signed by Mount Pleasant W DO on 6 January.

It's possible that they might collect their mail direct from the delivery office
