Hi guys
my parcel is stuck in LANGLEY HWDC for a month now..RY143756055GB, to USA.
The recipient is asking for a refund now, I asked him to wait for another week, if the status still is not moved, then I will process the refund and file a claim against RM.
My question is what if I refund the recipient and the status is updated just after one or two days, in this case, Does RM still accept my claim for loss? not sure how to handle this issue? as it could be delayed for long time or loss.
