International Tracked & Signed to USA.
How would I work out the 'due delivery date' in order to put a claim in for a missing parcel, please?

Due delivery date?
I don't think there really can be such a thing as a "due delivery date" as neither the company in the country an item is sent from nor the company in the country where an item is being sent to have any control or say in how long it takes an item to clear customs of the country that it's going to.

Due delivery date?
When I fill in the online claim form for missing mail it says I can't claim until 25 business days after the 'due delivery date'. I'm sure it used to be 25 business after the day you shipped the missing package.
Quite a few of my packages went missing in the Canada Post strikes last year, and going back through my messages to disgruntled customers, I've informed them that I couldn't claim until 25 working days after their packages were shipped.
I'm confused now. I've got 5 packages AWOL in USA and one in Germany. I'm not sure three of the USA ones have actually left UK yet, they seem to be in limbo.

so 25 business days after that.....but as Space Phoenix has already stated, this probably doesn't take into account any delays in customs.
