Tracking my parcel

Hi!

I'm not sure if this is where I'm supposed to post this but I am trying to track down a parcel I've sent. My reference number is RN29229315GB. It was sent on the 30th of July 2018. On the 31st, you have received. However, it has never reached its final destination. I would like to know what happened to it.

It should have been posted in the "Customers" forum, but no worries I've moved it.

Before commenting though I should make you aware as per the note on every page of the website, we aren't Royal Mail and therefore what we say here is not done so in an official capacity. For an official response you would need to contact Royal Mail direct - try their twitter feed @royalmail.

I have checked your tracking code in Royal Mail track and trace https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and it doesn't recognise the number, so, unfortunately, there is not much we can do to advise you here.

We have no affiliation with either Royal Mail or the Communications Workers Union (CWU), except that most of our members work for Royal Mail and/or are members of the CWU.

Hi,

When I input my tracking number it says that my item is at medway mail centre and is due to leave to a Royal Mail site I was just wondering what this may mean and when approximately I will be receiving my package

Hi,am not sure in what to do orwho to talk to. If anyone can help me, it will be greatly appreciated. I've been trying to locate my package for the past month, but it keep showing at United Kingdom processing facility. Using the tracking number provided from the company my package came from, are not showing up with any of our local carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHl). My tracking number is RB865647285SG and RB863121903SG. Can someone please help me in finding out what is happening.

RB865647285SG Looks like it's still going through customs

RB863121903SG - was sent back to Singapore - no reason was given but it was probably refused entry as it did not enter the delivery stage.

Trying both of them on 17Track, it looks like RB863121903SG has been returned to Singapore. The other one I'm guessing it's either stuck in UK customs or UK customs have released it to Royal Mail, who've probably forwarded it on. What country are they mean to be going to?

My package destination is Turks and Caicos Islands.

If one my packages was returned to sender, how can I retrieve it?

Hi Guys!

Got a wee bit of a facer. My package RY087295045GB has reached Chicago and sat there, and sat there. However, holidays etc so I'm not too bothered by it not shifting yet, even though my customer is getting impatient. The problem is that, when I click through to the tracking partner, it takes me to Sweden's PostNord.

I really hope the package is actually in Chicago, but how do I track it now?

Track17 shows it as being in Chicago. It's probably now stuck in US customs

I'm hoping it is in Chicago but my customer wants to track it. I don't know what to tell them and they're convinced it's in Sweden.

Is there anyway to correct the tracking?
