Hi,
I am waiting for a parcel from Hong Kong and track and trace (RT486211570HK) has been showing 'This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK.' since the 17th December.
Am I right in thinking it's probably stuck in customs and will show this message until released? Ordered items from the same place numerous of times and it's never taken more than a week to arrive so kinda confusing.

It will take longer because it is Christmas, as they get backlogs.
