Hey guys,
I live in a student accommodation and my signed for parcel was shown as delivered this morning so I check the security office where the items are delivered.
I have the security signature as the person who has signed for my parcel so I check , he explained that the postman brought 3 parcels , none of which were my parcel despite mine showing as delivered and signed for... I check the cctv Camaras with him and none of the
Parcels delivered were mine although this postman has managed to fool him into signing for my parcel which he didn’t deliver .
Where do I go from here?

Im not claiming it’s theft or fraud , could it simply be a mistake where because the security man has signed for multiple parcels with one signature , the postman has forgotten or mistakenly forget to drop the parcel. I just want my parcel, not for the postman to get into trouble for a possible mistake

That`s a clear accusation of theft or fraud, your postman would have scanned your parcel at the reception if it`s signed for at the same time and day the security camera shows the postman delivering those parcels. And he would have taken your parcel back with him wich he didn`t as you would have seen him on CCTV footage...Tcage wrote:Hey guys,

Or your parcel wasn`t a signed for/tracked one and in that case the postman delivered everything he had for your building and your accusation it`s unjust.
Your options are as TrueBlue said, to call the police and Royal Mail security, we are just posties and we can`t help you any further.
