I order parcel from uk international shipping
On tracking number LP826025077GB
It's stuck from 27/11/19 on "London amu" what can I do
I can't call royal mail and I can't find any other options to talk with them not over the phone
I see a lot of people complaining about the "London amu" but this is very long time to stuck their
Please any help

It isn’t in the AMU, they put it on the plan. It will be stuck in Israeli customs. What was in the package?

I know it is in Israel because I checked the tracking number you provided. Royal Mail despatched it, so it has gone on the plane. The next tracking point will be after it clears Israeli customs. You can check this just as I did, using RM’s website.
Bike parts can be a problem if oily.

In Israel customs say it's not arrived in israel
In the package is rear shock of bicycle
But if it was something that do problem them was send me a massage or call

In Israel they say it has not arrived
