Heard something yesterday that the lump sum could be £350.00

Bit sceptical though as the vote forms have already gone out and presumably back?

No, the document is on the notice board at my DO.

It details the amount of backpay and the £175 lump sum (as per the agreement we are voting on) payable on December 14th IF a YES vote is voted in. The payments are pro-rata for hours worked and this document has been on display for over a week.
By the way, Harvey says "hello."

No, they are seperate. The backpay will be approx £175 and the lump sum is £175. They're not offering extra, the backpay is what we would be earning if this deal is accepted. This is an obvious last ditch attempt to persuade the waverers, which I hope will be seen for what it is.

Its your back money of £175 and your lump sum of £175 = £350. You get your crimbo bonus of £100 on the 21st of Dec.

No they are trying this in my DO basically they are bigging up the back pay and the ESOS payment.

You only get this when (not if) the deal is accepted. To clarify what I mean, eventually a deal will be reached even if we turn down this one so at some point we will get back pay and we should also get the ESOS as well, even if for the moment this deal is rejected.

We heard about this on Wednesday. "Here's a few hundred quid of your own money which is yours because you've earned it. For letting you have this money, which is yours anyway, we're going to screw you to the floor!"

Be fair! Those managers and lackeys from around the country scabbing by clearing the backlog in West Derby and Streatham have to be paid for somehow.

The wife has a rabbit - she doesn't call it Harvey though - I think heard her mumble Heaven once though.

And £350 quid? What price dignity?
