PARCEL AT HDWC

My parcel has only processed through facility once. What does that mean? It arrived on the 10th. Normally my parcels process through twice on the same day.
My tracking is LZ989616966US

Its probably stuck in customs, USPS scan them before they pass them there.

Royal Mail will start scanning it again when Customs release it. I would check though to see if the contents are okay.

This hwdc it's just a headache ...everytime headache. I think they need mkre staff then if they can't cope with the stock. Don't get surprise if they saying that your item hasn't left the country of origin yet. Lol.

Yeah there headache. I rang royal mail they said it should be with me before xmas as theres a few backlogs and its still saying the same thing on tracking.
How long does customs clearance take? R there really delays at langley at the moment?

I think nothing we can do. My item has been declared as handset 18$ and still since 07 December not here. And now my tracking is saying ia leaving Singapore? O.o i called the and never said anything about backlog but only" your item is not here" -.- very rude after i waited 37 min on the line. I hope we will get our stuff but i doubt it before. At least for you. Mine i already starting to think that is lost.

Could be an issue with any lithium battery, it might be being sent by surface mail instead

What you mean by surface mail ? Sorry but i am a noob.. i never had a problem before. Last time i had to pay for a custom fee and also the previous time. Now how come i have a problem? Same phone.... Mmmm
