Parcel stuck at London AMU
Hello,my parcel has been stuck at London AMU since 3rd December. I order a jacket from Pretty little thing site on 1st December and from 3rd december there is no change. It's been stuck at London AMU until now 17 December. I would to know what's going on. Package need to arrive to Serbia by the way. Tracking number is RV799256564GB

Parcel stuck at London AMU
From the tracking at Royal Mail and Serbia Post it looks as though it's stuck in Customs at either end.

Zdravo,ja evo cekam vec od 3. decembra,paket se ne pomera. Mislim da je to zbog praznika.Nadam se da ce stici pre nove godine.Ti javi ako kod tebe bude bilo nekih promena.
