Trackable service?

Hi,

I sent a parcel as 2nd class BPR, but when my customer looks at it on the tracking service, it says it only does it on delivery. I'm sure it used to give updates on its progress. Am I missing something? I don't see any other service apart from CRL (but that only seems to do confirmation on delivery as well)

BPR is Signed For so hence it is not fully tracked.

Ah ok. What is the most cost-effective method to post using? that is trackable? Pretty sure the BPR still comes out at £3.90, which is the cost of a full tracked 2nd class?

Thanks. I did that, but it just gives me what I can already see on the OBA system :) Its just all the different names and codes that confuse me! All I want is a tracked method, with the option of signature, as a small parcel :)
