Hi everyone, i have two pieces of mail inbound from turkey

Appreciate they only left turkey friday, my question is should i be hopeful of delivery by this coming Friday or should i just bin that day off and it will arrive when it arrives ? Also have read conflicting info do parcels only get scanned as arrived once cleared customs?

Yes, the first scan in the UK is usually when they clear customs. We are now in the middle of the Christmas rush, so timescales are extended at every step of the process.

So arrived in langley yesterday royal mail have said item has not cleared customs? Hello, can i ask if your parcel has arrived? I have a package from Turkey arrived at Langley hwdc at 12 Dec. and since then, no movement sadly.
