First time posting. I have sent a t-shirt as a gift from Serbia to the UK. It arrived to the UK 27 days ago and since has been stuck at Langley. After reading the forum a bit I do realize it could be customs. In case the t-shirt is considered lost or doesn't pass customs (is there any reason it would fail at customs?) what happens? Is there anything I can do at that point or I have to refund the money and leave my shirt at Langley. -- Tracking Number RR265067130RS
