Hi,
I wonder if anyone could give me some insight as to why 2 parcels I am waiting on have got stuck in the system.
PBZS3074679001 express delivery loaded onto vehicle 06/12 no movement since.
NWPR2242781GB I missed 1st delivery re-scheduled for 2nd delivery 5/12 but no movement since.
any advice would be gratefully received I was going to the depot tomorrow after work but don't have a card for the 1st item as no delivery has been attempted.
Starting to panic as £700 worth of xmas gifts.

Stuck parcels no update since last week
PBZS3074679001 is a Parcelforce item
It hasn't been scanned as ready for delivery so it's probably caught in the Christmas backlog at the local dept.
NWPR2242781GB is also a PF item its redelivery has scheduled on 5 Dec but no details of when delivery would be attempted. Again is probably in a backlog but https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace ... R2242781GB" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
give the local dept a call they may have more information.
