I posted letter tracking says being prepared by sender?
Posted a document today 10.30am it says item accepted at name of post office , at 10.40 it says item being prepared by sender, and nothing since, i sent it next day guaranteed by 1pm, really worried now as I rang post office and she doesn't know why it says being prepared by sender, and can't check anything because all the special delivery's are on there way to Warrington now, any advice please?
