This might be a long shot!
I've got a load of address records on a company database with a DPS of 99.
AFAIK this isn't a valid DPS.
I thought they were all 2 digits with the first being a numeric, and the second being alphabetic.
Does 99 have a legitimate meaning?
Or is it something that has been 'invented' by a cunning programmer?

DPS value of 99
9Z is the usual default delivery point suffix (DPS) that is used when the actual DPS is not known. You could also use 9U, 9W, 9X, or 9Y.

I'm not finding any of the 9U-9Z DPS values on our database.
But lots of the addresses with 99 are otherwise identical to addresses with a valid DPS.
I'm thinking it must be being used as a default if the address has not been PAFfed to get the correct DPS.
