Hey guys,
Got fed up with the automated CS, so figured i'd ask here...
Got a package from USA which i've paid the customs charge on, I've paid online but i pass the DO on my way home so i was wondering if i'd be able to turn up at the DO with ID etc and collect it?
Other issue is i've not had a grey card, the address is a business address so wondering if i take my own ID + work ID with the company name on it, would they hand it over?

They would but you might need to prove that you paid the custom charge if their system is not updated yet.

Cheers for the reply, the tracking show it paid online, but still "pending" as of this morning so i guess it's not out for delivery today
