Hi.

I have 2 parcels sent from Ireland to Luton:

Delivered to LONDON HEATHROW TRANSIT HUB...

How do I get my luggage?

Why were they detained on LONDON HEATHROW TRANSIT HUB?

Please give me instructions on how to get my luggage.

1. We aren't Royal Mail.
2. The carrier at the UK end was Parcelforce.
3. Heathrow was the last place that An Post could track the items to, not the delivery address. They were not detained at Heathrow, they passed through pretty quickly.
4. Parcelforce marked the items as delivered on 29/08, to a location served by their Milton Keynes depot (for more info, try your tracking numbers at https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).
5. If you disagree that the items have been correctly delivered, you need to claim via An Post.

Sorry - I have not tracking numbers, because i have problem with accommodation from the landlord. (I changed my address.)

They aren’t at Milton Keynes Depot (see tracking), so going there won’t help. They were delivered to a Mrs Young on 29/08.

Maybe... "Lost Baggage".

I went 4 times to the address where the luggage was sent. I found a guy who gave me his landlord's phone. I explained that I was looking for a shipment. Here is his answer:
"No person called Mrs. Young lived at this address.
Also there is no luggage there...
I am sorry but I cannot help you."

I'm looking for another way to find luggage. "Lost Baggage" is not a good solution.
