Does large letter need to be sent in envelope?
Does a 2nd class signed for large letter need to be in an envelope or is a mailing bag ok? I can't find any up-to-date information confirming an envelope isn't needed to send via large letter. Thank you!

Envelope, mailing bag, box... it doesn’t matter as long as you stick to the packaging rules.
