Hello,

I live in Greece and about one month ago I purhcased an item from ebay.co.uk where my delivery only option was royal mail international standard, so I went with it. However, since my street has no street address, I entered my P.O. box information (had no issues with any deliveries so far). Most houses out of central cities in Greece are using P.O. boxes for delivery purposes. I was waiting for my item, so today I checked my tracking history and I found out it had been "Incorrectly addressed. Returned to sender". That was on Saturday, 14 Sep 2019. The address is definitely correct. What am I supposed to do? Is it still held somewhere, or fully returned? Can I still pick it up if not returned? I cannot provide a street name, since I literally do not have one.

thanks in advance!

It’s a bit hard to say where it is, without seeing the tracking. But that isn’t relevant, really. You should make a claim from the seller.
