LETTER STUCK IN LOGISTIC CENTRE FOR THREE WEEKS

I SENT A LETTER FROM SPAIN WITH EXPRESS SERVICE , IT ARRIVED IN LANGLEY LOGISWITCS CENTRE WITHIN 2 DAYS BUT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR MORE THAN TWO WEEKS. ROYAL MAIL SAYS IT IS IN THE CUSTOMS QUE AND THAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT !! HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE CUSTOMS TO VERIFY ONE SIGNLE LETTER ???

Customs select batches of mail at random for extra checks. Your item is probably in one of those batches.

Your letter is not the only item to be checked by Customs. There will be millions.
