In my previous office we had shorter Saturday when sdd was introduced, longer Thur/Fri. As a result I never took mailsort, ever. In fact more than mailsort got left on a number of occasions!
if you fancy a lighter monday take it,
Playing into managements hands if you do take it... :no no
most staff have clear frame for reserves monday and reciprocated upon return.
Sod that, I work to my own rules - ie I don't take mailsort on Saturday regardless of whether it was left in or not! :so there

taking mailsort on a saturday

With the mad scramble to get to the football on a saturday, loads of us leave our mailsort. Our attendance times are currently 05.30 till 12.10 but with local implementation (oh sorry NEGOTIATION... cynical me!!) :no no more than a possibility if this deal is accepted, my ballot paper has already been returned with a big fat NO NO NO NO NO :speak to the hand

Oddly enough last Saturday we were told to take the mailsort at the last minute - I don't know if this is in general or a one off - TBH I wasn't paying too much attention.

How is Mailsort 3 defined?

And where does the TNT mail stand?

Heard it? We have already started - 2 sats running - last sat was take it where you're going. Originally it wasn't carried or thrown off let alone taken.

I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen such a one sided implemenation of rules and regulations, that have not even been agreed yet.

If the SDD agreement states no mailsort 3 then no f***ing mailsort 3.

What is the union rep saying? He should be asking questions, like when was this introduced? Would you like to show me where this has been agreed?

Too many union reps are just giving in to this.

Whats the hidden agenda thats what I want to know? Why aren't they working FOR us???
