Just to reiterate we are not an official Royal Mail website.

Your tracking number reports it only came into the country yesterday so it could arrive early next week unless it gets delayed by customs.

It appears my package is stucked

I was really hoping to receive it today cause usually when I order anything outside uk and it gets to uk it usually gets cleared straight away but this one seems to be different and there is no information to say if it’s delayed by customs or not, and Royal Mail is not doing any much help themselves

It usually does not take this long to have orders checked through custom from the past, how would I possibly know if it’s been delayed by custom or not

Customs choose random batches of mail for extra checks, proably your item is in one of those batches that they've chosen for extra checks

How Long do you reckon the extra check take,And is there anyone to contact to find out how long it will take if you don’t know, I’m just really concerned because the item is a gift for somebody this Monday and with the look of things I would not get it even by Monday
