Hi, Hope I'm in the right place!
Please can anyone help.. I've purchased an item on Ebay 4 days ago, and sender supposed to send by for Royal Mail in 48 hours.I am going to travel around next week for too long and I needed the shipment before.
Ebay emailed me the same day the purchase to say item has been dispatched, and gave me a Tracking number. However, the online tracking Track and Trace still reads;
We're expecting it
Tracking no. MN037240429GB
The sender has let us know this item will be with us soon.

I contacted the seller who just says their system says the item was sent, and they will contact Royal Mail to find out. Naturally I haven't heard back from them..
Is it possible to get a tracking number without sending the item? I am going to travel for too long and needed the shipment.
Any help much appreciated!
