Hi i sent two parcels around three months ago, filled out claim forms after one month, got compensation, two items special delivery went missing, both royal mail paid out for, shows as sent at post office, then nothing after which they paid compensation on both.
now today i receive post from royal mail demand i pay them back the compensation as now the items have been delivered around three weeks ago,
how it this fair, i have refunded the items as they are ebay which if you dont refund ebay will within 14days, now royal mail want me to pay then back over £300 for the two parcels.
any advise, at the moment there is no way im going to pay them for this, as it is there fault, for not sending the items, just to check will they start sending demands to court action or increase the total.
