Hi, my parcel has been stuck at the NDC since the 12th of July - I have been in contact with Royal Mail via Twitter and they were no help at all. If anyone here is in contact with an employee who works at NDC please PM me and I can provide the tracking ID.
This package is large and heavy, it is not something that can easily be misplaced.

What's the overall size and weight of it? I'm wondering if there's a chance that it's overweight and/or oversize
