Hi I am a new user in the forum and I bought from eBay a used iPhone since 10 July when I am checking the tracking for my item I see this message (Royal Mail has now processed your item and it’s on its way to one of our International partners. If any further tracking information is provided by our partners it will be made available here.) Can you tell me please whose the partner for Royal mail in Israel? How much days I shall wait to receive my item? Thanks in advance

For Israel, it will be the national postal service

Thanks for your reply but it is not a free shipping I paid money is there any email for the Royal mail? I need to contact them directly

they have an active twitter account @RoyalMailHelp you may have to follow them to message them - they close in 3 hours
