Whenever I sold something I would always go to Buy Online on the RM website. I'd use the price finder, input the parcel details and then buy the postage I needed. Then I just drop it into the local post offce. It was simple, quick and easy.
But now it only links to "Click and Drop". I can't find the original service anywhere, everything just goes back to Click and Drop. So has the old service been completely removed?
This is extremely annyoying because the post office won't accept Click and Drop parcels, and the nearest place that does is three towns over and closes at 1pm. It also means that for tracked or high value parcels I am forced to pay Special Delivery as the cheaper options are "online only"... which I can no longer use for the above reasons.
