Please return my item
Hello, Please return my item back to my address. There's a cell phone in the package, I sold the phone on Ebay. But I was cheated. The buyer is one of the Nigerian fraudsters. Buyer should make a payment to my PayPal account. I received an email that the buyer made a payment for my phone but the payment is pending. Payment is therefore pending because the buyer has sent more money than he had. And I had to send the buyer money that was extra. Then I waited until I got the money for my PayPal account but I didn't get anything. Again, I received an email that the buyer sent more money than he had and that I should send money again. The buyer wrote me an email that needs money for his cousin's operation. I have sent PayPal emails for verification to PayPal security verification. PayPal replied that these were fake emails and fraud. I had to send £ 360 to the buyer, and I lost £ 396 with the charges. The item number is RH080593265GB. I want to warn all users on Ebay to be very careful about who the buyer is. Better if you answer my email if you want more evidence from me. My email is vdavidk86@gmail.com. Thank you very much for your help.

Once it enters the system it has to go through. With it being a cell phone it might not make it anyway as lithium batteries can cause problems, is the battery a lithium one and how's it packed with in the package?

Well, so without the customs declaration, the package can't be sent outside the UK? Can the package return to the sender?

If you want to stop the package we can't help we are NOT Royal Mail.
I have removed your attachment as it had personal details which are illegal for us to have.
It looks like it has already left the UK according to tracking, but if either customs reject it, and you have a return address on the item then it MAY be rerturned

Yes, according to the tracking, the package left the United Kingdom. When a customs declaration is not a customs declaration back to the package? I want it mainly that the package did not get to the recipient's address.

And what happens if there is more than one lithium battery in the package, like two spare batteries? So I ask if the package can go back if there were more batteries in the package than allowed and what the problems will be.

Different counties have different rules as to the placement of the customs label and the placement of the return address, I don't know what the rules are for Nigerian Customsvdavidk86 wrote:Yes, according to the tracking, the package left the United Kingdom. Presumably the battery in the phone is sealed in it. It's probably going to be down to how the spare batteries are packed within the packageA guide to what our personal customers can and cannot send in the mail

Are you posting safely?
To comply with national and international regulations governing the carriage of mail, and ensure that mail in transport does not present a danger to the general public, we restrict or prohibit certain items from our network.
We want to ensure the mail is safe for everyone. Many everyday items, such as aerosols, nail varnish and perfumes are considered dangerous goods under transport legislation. You are responsible for checking whether or not an item is prohibited or restricted.
If you're sending your item at the Post Office®, you may be asked at the counter what the contents of your parcel are to make sure the items are safe to post.
For a brief overview download our prohibitions and restrictions leaflet.
If you're posting items overseas other postal administrations may have different prohibitions, see our Country Guides.
In addition, a number of countries and international organisations, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, impose certain restrictions, also known as sanctions, on what you can send to certain individuals, organisations or countries.
If you send prohibited goods or restricted goods (and you do not comply with the relevant terms and conditions), we may deal with your items as we see fit, including but not limited to, disposing of the parcels concerned (in whole or in part). Please note consequential loss cover is not available when posting any restricted items.
