I had a package received at Langley on the 6th of June at 5.17pm it's now the 18th June and it's still not been delivered and no more info on tracking since it arrived at Langley on the 6th of June, are there backlogs or something else delaying my package....

I have no official info, but i have 3 items currently stuck there myself and now know of 6 others that have had parcels arrive there during May and June which still haven't left. I can't speak for everyone else but none of my parcels are prohibited and all of them have the correct CN22 / Customs information present, so there should be no problems getting through customs (unless it's in a random batch to be inspected further).

Seeing how so many people are having parcels stuck at Langley HWDC, i am going to make my own assuption that they are perhaps backlogged at the moment. With no way of contacting them, only time can tell whether or not there are delays in the customs process, or infact your item has gone missing / been pulled by customs.

I would advise, not doing what i have done, which is attempt to contact both the outbound courier (CanadaPost) and the inbound courier (Royal Mail) and ask for their help. Neither of them have been at all helpful for me and because the parcels are at HWDC not with either courier, neither of them are prepared to investigate the location of the packages.

My advice would be to wait patientely. Best case scenario, you will get shipping updates in a week or two and it will be delivered. Failing this, if your parcel is from the EU, after 20 days you can submit a complaint form for a lost package and work on receiving a refund for the item. International items require a wait of 25 days before the form can be submitted.
