Is your address "off the beaten track" ? or hard to find ? I must say I find it hard to believe you have had no mail in 3 weeks. . . I can just about understand 2 or 3 days but 3 weeks sounds a bit "iffy" and is certainly wrong if true !

Have you tried tracing your "Signed For" parcels ? That's one of the first things I'd be doing. And I would have visited my local Delivery Office long before now. Are you new at that address ? There could be an issue with any Redirections set up for you or a Redirection has been set up "fraudulently" for your mail or in error ! ! !

Your situation is certainly unusual

Have you tried an online search for your Tracked Items ? Use the Royal Mail website and enter the 13 digit barcode number.

Another more plausible answer to your predicament is that the sender has not put ( or been given) your correct postal address ? ? ? If this is the case your items will have been returned to the sender.

Don’t go to the Post Office, they have nothing to do with this. You need to visit the Delivery Office.

I live in a different part of London and get a less extreme version of this problem. Deliveries are fine until our regular postman goes on holiday, when deliveries often drop to once a week. Recently, a first class letter took 11 days to get to me because it coincided with a fortnight’s holiday for the regular guy. Complaining to RM customer services has not helped.

Just to give a bit of context to this, when I worked for the Post Office, one local Delivery Office I dealt with had no manager for two years because nobody wanted the job at the pay rate offered. That was in London but several years before Royal Mail was privatised.

Thanks much. that was a bid helpful. I completely understand that managers are exploited with a full-time job and 15.000 r.p.y.
I hope I can sort this out.

It was never happen before and I live in the area for more then 19 years now. Or m I simply lucky ?
