I've had to send very important documents to a life insurance company in regards to a claim, the address they gave was a po box, the sd packet contains claims form and passports and bank statement and drivers licence, what happens for the signature, as I know a po box is in the delivery office, the item. Is going to aviva insurance in Bristol

Po box mail is still delivered physically by either a Postman or the customer collecting. In both cases, a signature will be obtained at the point of transfer. Sometimes though for bulk customers like Aviva it can take a few days for the system to update, that's purely down to the volume on the day of collection/delivery.
