I have package sent on 17-Apr from UK to Bulgaria and according to tracking in Royal Mail website it left UK on 18-Apr.

There is a link to the delivery partner , which is GLS but when I check their tracking I receive each time this annoying:
Unfortunately there are no results.
Please check your entry.
It is also possible, that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later.
One week has passed and still GLS doesn`t have the package, which is very strange. :(
What you could advise me (apart from be patient and wait) to do? Is this a common , or an extraordinary situation?

Package left UK on 18-Apr, but not appearing in the GLS tracking
It's probably stuck in German customs as that's where GLS's central hub is located. Anything in the package that could cause problems (things like lithium batteries)?

Thanks for reply. It is a vintage hat, bought from antiquities shop.
The service used is International tracked and signed.
Still nothing in GLS tracking.

I tried to contact GLC 4 times since Monday via their web contact form and they ignored all my messages. I tried to call them, but they are simply unreachable. Royal Mail answer doesn't provide me any valuable info. Any idea who to call, or contact ?
Still nothing in GLS tracking and I am getting crazy
