Package stuck in Langley
Hi, have a package in Langley since Apr17, it was sent from Portugal via CTT with track number, is it normal been there for so much time?

Yes Customs will have pulled a batch of mail which this is part of, and are carrying out further checks.
It won't be for VAT, but it will be checked for safety, legality etc.
