Parcel stuck RM does not recognize speedPAK tracking number

Hi Please help

I bought electronic spare parts from ebay, shipping is handled by speedPAK, the seller provided tracking number consists of 28 characters, which is not supported by RM tracking service. I can get the status from other tracking services such as parcelsapp.com. Not Royal Mail.

Current status:

It's been 8 days since the package arrived in the UK and seems to be stuck wherever it is now.

The package is heading to a Mail Forwarding Service that I have via Aramex (Aramex House, Slough, Berkshire SL3 0NS) the package will be exported to Dubai UAE.....reason the seller offers shipping to the UK not UAE (I tried to ship it directly but was not possible)

Please help by delivering the item to its destination

It's probably stuck in customs. Unless the forwarding service attach a compatible barcode it probably won't get scanned and tracked any more. btw what's the contents (just in case it's something the UAE doesn't allow)

spare parts (PCB boards) for an Audio amplifier, no issues with dubai customs

I'm worried that I'm expected to pay UK customs, I don't live in the UK and I have no way of knowing if this is true

"Last update 10 April @ 7:40 am

racking no. MN315882305GB

Can someone help please, I check if there is custom payment using the reference number above but the number was not recognised so I take that as a no payment pending, correct?

That's a weird location, don't think it's a Royal Mail site as all international stuff coming into the UK should go via HWDC

You probably need to go direct to Royal Mail - try twitter @RoyalMailHelp they have more information and resources than an unofficial site like this has.
