Confused about tracking

Hello!

Can anyone shed any more light on the terminology here? I am slightly confused why it has left the UK twice, a week apart and just want to make sure it's on the way. Thanks!

What country is it going to and what's the contents (things like lithium batteries can cause problems)?

It's going to the Netherlands - it has a book in it, a birthday card, and some skincare products from Lush (pot of face mask, a bar of moisturiser)

Oh no :( Thanks for your reply, I wish I was told this at the Post Office!

Will it just make its way back to me eventually then?

There is a slim chance it will make it through, though if you have your return address on the item it could also be returned to you.

If the PO gave incorrect information I would complain to their call centre, they will then brief them and you may be able to reclaim postage.
