Hi All,
I wonder if you can assist me - I am waiting on a delivery from Canada. It is showing as delivered as of 5.18am this morning but obviously it wasn't delivered to my house at that time and it hasn't shown up today.
It is showing as signed for by Lloyds and there is a signature on the tracking section of the website.
Anyone got any advice about this one? I spoke to customer services and they said it was very odd, and advised to wait a few more days.

If it's LLoyds as in the bank, they probably receive a load of mail each day, it's possible that they might collect their mail directly from Southampton Mail Centre. I'm guessing that you work there, have you asked the main mail room to see if they have it?
