Hi, wondering if anyone could shed some light on what they think may have happened.
I ordered something from Ebay, it was sent by royal mail signed for.
I was waiting in all day yesterday, no mail and no card through the door. Checked the tracking and it says the parcel was delivered and signed for, don't recognise the signature at all and checked with my neighbours and none of them have it.
I've checked with the seller and it's definitely the correct address it has been sent to.
So for some reason it has been delivered to another address despite having my address on it and I've had no card. Really confused as to why this would be.

Take your tracking number to your local delivery office and they should be able to tell you where the item is if its been scanned, postmen are fully tracked nowadays.

You need to make a claim through eBay. It is the seller's responsibility to get the item to you, failure of their sub-contractor (Royal Mail) is not your problem.
