There may be a customs fee. Parcelforce sends letters when this happens so keep an eye out for that.

Even thou it said it has been released from customs? wouldn't it had said charges raised or something of that sort?

No, they alert the courier that a charge needs to be paid and the courier then goes through their particular process to collect it.
No sign of charges due will appear on tracking.

It says release... I haven’t gotten any letters. How long do they normally take?

Ok... When I called them the customer representative said it had been handed to customs but the website states "released by customs" any idea what's going on? Is Parcel force in delay or something?
